The lube
A water-based gel, clear and tasteless, made without glycerin, parabens or petrochemicals. Purified water and propylene glycol carry it, hydroxyethyl cellulose makes it a gel, and sodium PCA, potassium sorbate and citric acid close the six-line label.
It comes in a 16 fl oz pump bottle for the drawer and a 32 fl oz one that costs less per ounce. Our product notes say it is made for use with toys. Our label says it has not been evaluated with condoms, so if you rely on them, read the lube guide first.

Before you order
Sex and toys call for the water-based lube. A back rub or a slow full-body massage calls for one of the six oils. The two are not swaps for each other.
Lube or oil?If you rely on latex condoms, read our lube label first: it says the gel has not been evaluated with condoms. Keep every massage oil away from latex.
Condoms and lubeFive of our six oils list sweet almond or macadamia oil, the unscented one included. With a tree nut allergy in the room, the choice is coconut or vanilla.
Nut oils by bottleLavender and geranium read floral, orange blossom bright, coconut and vanilla warm. Unscented has no added fragrance for anyone who would rather smell nothing.
All six oilsDermatologists suggest a quarter-sized spot twice a day for 7 to 10 days with any new skin product. Red, itchy or swollen skin means wash it off and stop.

Lavender, orange blossom and geranium on sweet almond oil, with jojoba or macadamia. A touch more glide under the hands. Not for a tree nut allergy.

Coconut, vanilla and unscented on coconut and fractionated coconut oil. Lighter and quicker to sink in. The unscented one still lists macadamia and almond.

Coconut and vanilla: the two labels with no almond or macadamia. Both are coconut-based, so they are not the pick if coconut is your allergy.

The lube came first and still carries more ratings than anything else we make. The six massage oils grew around it, one scent at a time, in the same black pump bottle. The bottle and label have been redrawn since. The formula on the label has not.

Our label says the lube has not been evaluated for condom compatibility and may damage condoms, so we do not call it condom-safe. If you rely on condoms, use a lube whose own label says it was tested with your type of condom. The lube guide explains what the FDA and the CDC say.
Not with a condom. Our massage oils are plant oils, and the CDC warns that oil-based products weaken latex and make condoms break. Keep the oil for massage and wash it off before sex with a condom.
Lavender lists sweet almond oil, and orange blossom, geranium and unscented list sweet almond and macadamia. Coconut and vanilla list no tree nut oil, but both are coconut-based. Every label is printed here, word for word.
Yes. The label says it is not made with petrochemicals, glycerin or parabens. Its six ingredients are purified water, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium PCA, potassium sorbate and citric acid.
Both sizes hold the same gel in a pump bottle. The 16 fl oz bottle fits a nightstand drawer. The 32 fl oz bottle costs less per ounce and lasts longer at home.
The American Academy of Dermatology suggests a quarter-sized spot on the inner arm or the bend of the elbow, twice a day for 7 to 10 days. Red, itchy or swollen skin means wash the oil off and stop using it.
